Terms of Service

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18, and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. You may not use the service if we have previously removed you, or if the law where you are forbids it.

Chatting does not require an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself; activity on your account is treated as yours.

Conduct you agree to

The community guidelines are part of these terms. At a minimum, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten or demean other users, or target them for who they are.
• Try to find out who someone is, or publish anything that identifies another user.
• Record, screenshot or rebroadcast another person's chat, voice or video without their clear consent.
• Show nudity or sexual acts on camera, or push anyone toward sexual talk they did not ask for.
• Involve anyone under 18 in any way.
• Advertise, spam, run scams, ask for money or send people to other sites or apps for profit.
• Pretend to be Anonymous Chat Live staff or another real person.
• Use bots or scripts, interfere with the service, or try to abuse the Reward Center.

Free matches, the Reward Center and coins

New users receive free matches, and the Reward Center can add more while you are online. The amounts and timing are set by us and may change or be paused without notice.

Coins are a limited, non-transferable license to use digital features inside Anonymous Chat Live. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or sold, and cannot be moved to another account or service. Coins are delivered as soon as payment clears, so purchases are final unless applicable law gives you a right to a refund.

If an account is closed for breaking these terms, any remaining coins and free matches on it are forfeited. Prices are shown before each purchase and may change.

What you send

You remain responsible for the words, voice and images you send. By sending them you give us the limited permission needed to transmit them to the other person and, where a chat is reported, to review them for moderation. We do not claim ownership of your conversations.

Moderation, suspension and closure

We may review reported chats, warn users, limit features, suspend or permanently remove accounts and devices that break these terms or put others at risk. Serious violations, especially anything involving minors, can lead to removal without warning and to a report to the relevant authorities.

You may stop using the service whenever you like. To close an account, email [email protected].

Strangers are strangers

Everyone you meet is a member of the public. We do not verify identities and cannot vouch for what anyone says about themselves. Use your own judgment, keep personal details private, and use skip, block and report whenever something feels wrong.

No guarantees, and a cap on liability

The service is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that every match will suit you.

To the extent the law allows, Anonymous Chat Live is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
